DESIGN
Our passionate team of fashion designers, technicians, and photographers creates each design line for different customers according to their individual taste and their customer range. We convert concepts into sketches and choose trendy colors for yarn and fabric. Our Graphic team creates graphics and patterns with watercolor, pencil, photography, and 3D illustrations. We constantly update our collections with the latest trends.
MERCHANDISING
Our well-trained and capable teams of merchandisers are working around the clock to give our customers all the support they need. Starting from the procurement stage of yarn, fabric, lab-dips, hand-looms, trims till the finished products are shipped. We have 15 staff in our merchandising team, divided into 3 divisions to attend our valued customers and 5 merchandisers in all factories to give production/development feedback.
TRANSPORTATION
We have our own services to support a smooth transportation of raw material and shipping goods to ports. We are well experienced in shipping modes such as sea and air. Our logistics team ensures timely pickup and delivery, proper handling of goods, and coordination with shipping lines to meet delivery schedules without any delays.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality is the backbone of YKD Sourcing, it ensures the smoothness of our production and hence shipment. Our QC team conducts rigorous inspections at every stage - from raw materials to finished garments. We follow AQL standards and provide detailed inspection reports to our buyers, ensuring every piece meets the highest quality standards before shipment.
PRODUCTION
With more than 50 production staff, our monthly export is over 3,50,000pcs sweaters/Knit/Woven/Denim/Heavy jackets. Our production facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and staffed by skilled workers. We maintain strict production timelines and quality benchmarks to ensure every order is completed to specification and delivered on time.
COMPLIANCE
We have internal compliance teams stationed in each of our factories, keeping the compliance standards regularly monitored. We ensure all our partner factories maintain social compliance, technical compliance, and supply chain management standards. Our compliance manager and quality manager review quarterly based on compliance issues.
FOLLOW UP
YKD Sourcing follows up each order in precise details from fabric to garment and to shipment. Our dedicated follow-up team tracks every milestone - from fabric sourcing to production status to shipment scheduling. We provide regular updates to our buyers and ensure no detail is overlooked throughout the entire production process.
SHIPPING CARGO HANDLING
Shipping documents are checked to verify their conformity to the buyer's instructions and sent well in advance to the buyer. We handle all aspects of cargo management including booking, container loading, documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders. Our experienced shipping team ensures smooth and timely cargo handling for both sea and air shipments.
POST SHIPMENT SERVICES
To avoid demurrage at the destination, YKD Sourcing collects copies of shipping documents such as B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing list, original GSP and sends them well in advance to the buyer. We also track shipments in real-time and keep buyers informed about cargo status until it reaches the destination port safely.
SPECIAL SERVICE
Keeping buyers informed of upcoming market trends, new developments in the industry, changes in Govt. rules and regulations. We also provide market intelligence reports, competitive pricing analysis, and strategic sourcing recommendations to help our clients stay ahead in the market.
